A shared vision, a considered way forward

IHL was created with a vision to build something meaningful and beneficial for everyone involved: our clients, our experts and the people helping bring the program to life. We value the time and effort you have contributed. Throughout this construction phase, we have repeatedly explained the startup nature of the journey and asked for trust in the process, including the uncertainty, changes and rework that come with building a new business.

Establishing a business in health and longevity takes time. Before a program takes off, a startup must carefully preserve its cash reserves and direct spending toward the priorities that create value and make launch possible. Other costs are intentionally kept low during this period. IHL's position remains that we never promised or committed to payments before the program took off and paying clients began participating.

We also recognize that the delay has affected your expectations. The decision to build the IT infrastructure and substantially revise how the program is developed, packaged and delivered has extended the preparation period. We take moral responsibility for that decision and its impact. Since compensation concerns have been raised on several occasions, we are offering the arrangement below as a practical way forward, without changing our position on the original understanding.

This is IHL's final offer, presented for acceptance or decline. We will not enter further discussions or negotiations on the offer or its commercial terms. You are welcome to take independent professional or legal advice to understand the agreement before deciding; doing so does not reopen the offer for discussion. Please feel free to disagree. If these terms do not work for you, you may decline the offer and end your participation, or choose the mutually agreed exit option set out below. There is no obligation to accept, and we respect your decision.
